Acrylicon Décor System
The Acrylicon Décor System is a 4mm quartz filled, trowel applied floor coating with excellent slip resistance values, longevity and cleanability. Coved skirting can be produced and due to AcryliCon’s unique ability to chemically bond, it is truly seamless with the floor. The cure time is under 2 hours, meaning any downtime is reduced to a minimum.
Designed for wet areas and heavy industry, for example fish, meat and poultry processing, bakeries, breweries, dairies, kitchens and other areas where hygiene and cleanability are paramount. The Décor system is also a perfect flooring solution for heavy engineering areas and pharmaceutical facilities.

Acrylicon Variant Paint System
The Acrylicon Variant Paint System is a thin coating system. It consists of the same primer and sealer as our Variant System with a paint coat of colour as the body. This gives a hard wearing seal coat for the concrete that provides dust proofing, waterproofing, chemical protection and good aesthetics.
Designed for sealing and colouring concrete, for example light engineering, car parks, plant rooms and other areas where a resin coating is required.

Acrylicon Multi-Grip System
The Acrylicon Multi-Grip System is an industrial mono-colour system which can be elasticised for areas with high thermal and mechanical stresses and outdoor applications. The thickness of the system is 2-4mm. The system is suitable for car parks, walkways and ramps due to the integral slip resistance.
Fibreglass arming can be installed within the system for added protection against movement cracking. Designed for use in outdoor and indoor areas where the temperature can vary. The elasticity and low temperature flexibility improves the performance in outdoor applications such as exterior parking decks, exterior walk ways (airports and vestibule walk off
areas where salt is often used), safety marking zones and mezzanine metal gantries.

Acrylicon Levelling Screed System
The Acrylicon Levelling Screed System is a solvent-free, 2 component methacrylic polymer mortar with high compressive
and flexural strength. It is characterised by very low linear shrinkage and rapid curing, making it an ideal replacement for cementitious mortars and screeds.
Acrylicon Levelling Screed can be applied in thicknesses of 5-550mm. The low shrinkage rate enables larger unevenness to be levelled out. The mortar surface resembles that of finished concrete. Designed as an underlayment screed for Acrylicon Systems, levelling up of uneven substrates, creating falls to drains, bedding in drains, ramps, rail bedding, casting bridge bearings and repairing concrete. Can be used internally or externally.

Acrylicon Variant System
The Acrylicon Variant System is an Industrial grade, mono-colour, self-levelling system which can be installed with or without scattered flakes and cures within 2 hours. The thickness of the floor may vary from 1mm to 3mm, depending on the level of impact resistance required by the customer. With an extremely high compressive strength the system is ultra-cleanable even with heavy traffic. The slip resistance can be adjusted based on the customer’s needs and specified regulations.

Acrylicon Lacquer System
The Acrylicon Lacquer System is a fully reactive, low viscosity resin based system that cures rapidly to produce a hard and
abrasion resistant surface with good resistance to a variety of chemicals.
Designed to be used as a sealer on concrete and masonry floors to prevent dusting, abrasion and scratching. It can further protect the substrate against ingress of oil, dirt and grease.

Acrylicon Wall System
The Acrylicon Wall System is an extremely durable, hygienic and long lasting wall covering containing decorative flakes or quartz within a chemically bonded resin system. It is easy to apply and coupled with a 2 hour cure time, it can be installed in a fraction of the time when compared to traditional wall cladding and tile systems. Due to Acrylicon’s unique ability to chemically bond it can be fused with Acrylicon Floor Systems to provide a truly monolithic “floor to ceiling“ interface.
Designed to be used on walls in changing rooms, showers, toilets, wet rooms, food processing areas, hospitals, pharmaceutical industries, public areas, abattoirs, breweries, bakeries and many other areas requiring a hygienic and easy to clean surface.

Acrylicon Décor ESD System
The Acrylicon Décor ESD System is a unique, fast cure, hard wearing, ESD/anti-static resin floor. The system also has excellent conductivity values, durability, longevity and exceptional cleanability. The cure time is under 2 hours, meaning any
downtime is reduced to a minimum. The conductivity, being integral within the system matrix, is therefore assured throughout the life of the floor.
Designed for use in areas requiring ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection, for example automotive, battery manufacture, pharmaceutical, laboratories, electronics, aviation, explosive environments and other areas where ESD/anti-static flooring is required.

Acrylicon Flake System
The Acrylicon Flake System is 2-3mm thick and encapsulates decorative flakes within its chemically bonded monolithic structure. The system is designed for heavy traffic and moderate industrial use, combining unparalleled longevity with great aesthetics and is available in a multitude of colours. By using our unique blend of colour flakes, we are able to provide granite or marble style floors in a fraction of the time normally associated with the traditional systems.

Acrylicon Mulit-Grip ID System
The Acrylicon Multi-Grip ID System is an industrial broadcast coating with exceptional resistance to wear. It can be coloured by quartz or mono-coloured by pigment. Slip-resistance is in-built within the system and can be tailored to suit clients needs.
The thickness of the system is 1.5-2mm.
The system is suitable for retail, warehouses, light industry, packaging areas, prep kitchens, and other indoor areas with high traffic. Due to the speed of cure – just 2 hours – and fast installation, Multi-Grip ID can dramatically reduce the down time of an area compared with traditional epoxy coatings.

Acrylicon Composite Terrazzo System
Acrylicon Composite Terrazzo is a fast cure, long lasting alternative to cementitious and epoxy Terrazzo systems. Highly impervious to liquids and stains, it cures in under 2 hours and can be laid as thin as 8mm.
Acrylicon Composite requires no continual grinding or re-sealing, providing very low maintenance costs and hassle free ownership.
The Acrylicon Composite Terrazzo System is 8 mm thick and combines different aggregates within a special resin binder to create a composite terrazzo with great performance and ease of installation. It is laid as a seamless screed with no joints to crack, harbour dirt or allow water into the sub-floor. Patterns and contrasting colours can be simply installed using divider strips.
